Standard contract term is 3 months. Prices
are subject to change without notice and price changes will be posted at
http://www.chicagogigs.com/notices/prices.htm
At the end of the contract term, the contract will
automatically renew, at then current prices, for the same term. Customer may cancel the
renewal by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the contract expiration

Cancellation Policy
Contract may be cancelled prior to the end of the expiration
date by providing written notice 30 days in advance. A cancellation fee equal to twice the
monthly fee will be assessed.
Payment policy
Set-up fees are due at contract signing, monthly fees are
payable in advance on the date due. Credit card payments may be paid on a monthly basis. A
statement will not be issued unless requested.
If paying by check, a new account will not be activated
until the check clears.
Accounts not paid within 7 days of the due date will be
assessed a $10 late fee. If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, the
account's web site will be shut down. Reinstatement of the web site will require a $25
reinstatement fee. A $25 fee will be assessed for each returned check.
