Mokena, Illinois' best kept secret is no longer a secret folks! The Edwards Bros. have been recording for the past 8 years and for the past 3 have been playing shows throughout the southern suburbs of Chicagoland as well as Wisconsin and Indiana. To understand what Edwards Eruption means is like trying to understand why we're here to begin with. Anywho...legend has it that both Mike and Steve Edwards have a connection with Andrew W.K. If you haven't heard of him, or just don't like him, he is one cool guy that inspired EE to keep going with their goals. Besides being influenced by AWK, both musically and mentally(?), the boys have played numerous bands over the past few years until in 2005 decided to change their name from 'Never Fails' to 'Edwards Eruption' or to keep it simple, 'EE'. Since then, they have realized that not all in this world is bad and definitley not everything or everyone is good, but to compromise and not build walls of shame, they continue to work with whatever type of music comes their way. It's like being on a highway with no direction or knowledge of where you are at. EE is made in the moment. There is no past and there is no future. The future is now. Fuck what you thought you knew before you thought.
