Book your tickets now for a hypnotic performance by Brandi Carlile, the artist who was recently accredited as Rolling Stone's "10 Artists to Watch," is now a must 'see and hear' young artist. Brandi a 23 year old from the isolated hills of Ravensdale (Washington) is the next new rock sensation in the industry. At this age she has developed a very mesmerizing stage presence that manages to pull large crowds to the concert halls.

In her initial singing days, she was a local performer, someone who performed everywhere. To make her mark as an artist she struggled a lot. She also performed as a back-up singer for a local Elvis mimic, which she considers as a learning experience that helped her train her voice. She also started taking up a lot of small time shows at local hangout places like popular sports bars, grills, weddings, parties etc.

Her talent and her powerful, seductive voice led to the release of her self -titled debut album released on Columbia records. The Columbia Records label is also shared by few of her favourite artists Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Jeff Buckley, Leonard Cohen, Janis Joplin, and James Taylor.

Her crystal clear voice packed with emotions oozes through all her tracks in her self-titled debut album. Her powerful, rootsy bell voice is a partial adaptation of the voices of stars like Jeff Buckley and Patsy Cline and their influence is easily evident in the delicately gliding tracks like "Happy," "Gone," and "Tragedy." Her other musical hits include "Throw It All Away" and "Fall Apart Again." Her music is a mix of protracted, indolent melodies, strummed acoustic guitars, and her undulating vocals, creating an album that's perfect for pensive, late-night listening.

The ten magnificent tracks of her self-titled debut album were recorded intermittently at Carlile's log cabin home in rural Maple Valley, Washington. Producer John Goodmanson contributed with his ascetic production and the rest were the works of Carlile and the twins. Carlile is backed by guitarist Tim Hanseroth and his twin brother Phil, they're not just band mates but they also pool resources and co-write several songs giving the album a refined, liquid musicality that makes it such a worthwhile, addictive listen.

Her song "What Can I Say" was showcased in the America's award winning and popular prime television drama Grey's Anatomy in Episode 2 of Season 2, "Enough Is Enough." Another of Carlile's popular track "Tragedy" was featured on Grey's Anatomy May 5th, 2006. This has given her tremendous recognition in America. Carlile, a girl who hailed from rural Ravensdale is no more an isolationist, but she is the next singing sensation of America.
