Celtic woman brings you that fresh touch of talent that one always appreciated. Their voice provides a soothing effect, exuding purity and elegance. Echoing in the ears, their melody makes you want more of it. Together with Sharon Browne and Dave kawanagh (of Celtic collection ltd), the idea of Celtic woman emerged. Mairead Nesbitt is one of the five artists of the Show, CD and DVD 'Celtic Woman'. The album which remained on the top of the U.S charts for nineteen consecutive weeks. It was recorded on the 15th September 2004 at the Helix, Dublin. Mairead Nesbitt belongs to a famous musical family and comes from Loughmore, Co. Tipperary.

She started enjoying piano at the very age of 4 years and the fiddle at 6. She is also a former champion of All-Ireland fiddle. She began her formal training at an early age at the Ursuline Convent, Thurles. Thereafter she went to the Waterford Institute of Technology and to The Cork School of Music (under Cornelia Zanidache). She pursued her post graduation at Concert Orchestra Emanuel Hurwitz in London. She is a past member of the National Youth Orchestra of Ireland. She began her professional career as violinist with the RTE and is highly acclaimed for her talent.

Meav is a confirmed artist of the Celtic Collections. Two albums "Meav" and "Silver Sea" are credited to her name. She had given her performance for the President of Ireland. Also, she had been a vocalist in the original Riverdance in Dublin, the New York premiere at Radio City and London. She is one of the soloists in Celtic Woman. Her family at Dublin provided her the surrounding to develop adoration for the traditional and the classical music. She studied Piano, Singing and Harp from an early age and pursued it through her Law studies in Trinity College, Dublin. She has toured throughout the globe, making her mark.

Órlamany thanks her grandfather for introducing to her the traditional Irish music. She had been playing from a very young age, tasting success. She won many awards, Like:-International Pan Celtic competitions twice and the International Feis Ceoil. She has toured extensively in Europe and the USA. With her original compositions, she has been creating history. Órla has performed on many occasions for the President of Ireland. Her achievements also include performance for the Pope in the Vatican. She is a signed member of the Celtic Collections Ltd, in 2002. She recorded her debut album "The Water is Wide",

Lisa kelly developed her fondness for music from her family. At the tender age of 7 she was chosen to perform in the musical Bugsy Malone . She also nurtured a passion for drama. She studied in Drama and was classically trained both in piano and singing. Her professional career points out her brilliant performances in the Musicals such as "Velma Kelly" in Chicago, "Florence" in Chessto name a few. Also, starred as principal girl along many lead artists. She has performed in numerous concerts in Dublin's National Concert Hall. In 2002 Lisa recorded her solo album with David Downes. Entitled "Lisa", and performing songs such as "Lift the Wings" from Riverdance. It was released in 2003 she is currently working on a second album.

Chloë Agnew, had her first brush with the entertainment world was when she was just 4 weeks old. Ever since 6 she had been singing and at 16, she remains a powerhouse of talent. She is a brilliant singer who is also studying piano and guitar. In 1998, in Cairo, she got the Grand Prix at the 1st International Children's Song Competition. When only 9, she represented Ireland singing the song "The Friendship Tree". At 11, she conceived the idea to bring an album to raise funds for the children in Afghanistan. David Downse (the Producer) helped her. Her first album was called "Chloë". Two years later, "Chloë - Walking in the Air", her second album was released. It experienced a huge success.

Deirdre , she is the brightest new classical talent from the soils of Ireland. She has gained her skills from the Dublin's College of Music. Her versatility helped her carve a special niche for herself. She was a vocalist with Anuna for 3 years. More recently she sang with Air Supply on a new recording. In 1997, she performed for Michael Flatley in his global phenomenon Lord of the Dance. For the last few years, Deirdre remains the featured guest with the Celtic Tenors. Her television appearances include PBS TV SPECIAL. In future, she wants to work on the classic love story Tristan and Isolde.
