Sales of albums of Enrique Iglesias have today crossed over 40 million thus becoming on of the best selling artist in the world. He collaborated with songwriter Guy Chambers for writing "Un Nuovo Giorno". It was the lead single in the first pop album of Andrea Boccelli. The English version of song is called "First Day Of My Life". This song was a massive hit in Europe along with featuring on number one spot in many countries. He had written four songs for the album of a UK group The Hollies.
He released his first album called 'Enrique Iglesias' in Spanish in 1995. It had more introspective songs while the albums title track depicted the strain relationship between Iglesias and his father. "Quizás" started as number 12 on the Billboard's Album Chart. Within a week it sold about million copies.
