She did not continue with her studies and moved to Nashville, to become a singer.

The album included smashing hit single "Wild One" that reached the top music charts and sustained its position for more than four weeks. "It Matters to Me" was released in the summer of 1995 which included the hit title track. This album had a tremendous sales promotion as it sold more than three million copies round the world.

However, she made a come back in the spring of 1998 with "Faith", an album that showcased some of the remarkable signs of the interested pop audiences.
