Fiend Fest - a festival organized by Jerry Only of The Misfits is a great meeting place of the hard core punk rock groups.

The Misfits is a horror punk rock band which came into existence in Lodi, New Jersey in the year 1977.Their first album was titled "Walk Among Us" and was released in the year 1982 followed by "Earth A.D." in 1983 and "Misfits" in 1986.The The band has been doing great work since on the punk rock scene. The Fiend Skull is the official symbol of the group. The Misfits have been having terrific response to their albums and live shows gathering a huge number of fans with every performance. The Misfit fans are referred to as "Fiends" meaning "hard core Misfit fans".

The Fiend fest was first held in the year 2003 and saw a huge number of fans coming together to watch their stars performing live from the 23rd of July to Aug 23rd. The fiend fest of 2003 saw a great line up comprising of The Misfits , The Dickies, The Damned, Balzac the horror punk band from Japan.

The fiend fest is here again for all you hardcore punk fans and promises to recreate the mind blowing performances of the Fiend Fest 2003.This year's fest is proposed to be held from the 13th of October 2006 to the 5th of November. The line up for this year includes big names like The Misfits( of course), Osaka Popstar, UK Subs, Orange. It promises to be an electrifying performance making you all swing to their tunes.
