Halfway Broken is an ensemble of five who are Matt Venditto on drums, Martin Kramer on bass, Paul Fil on guitar , lead vocals by Mike Coomes and Adrian Albidress on vocals and guitar. The sound of band combines many genres from rock coupled with many other influences. The end result is an unique sound by them little common but exclusively theirs. Halfway Broken have already made their presence felt. Their shows in various clubs have been full to capacity while their songs have been regular radio play as well. Their first album was titled ' Life as it Seems' was able to garner considerable success. The band had very well portrayed their talent in the album which sold thousands of copies.

Halfway Broken have played in many places known for rock music such as The Funkbox, Recher Theatre, TT Reynolds and several more. At the national level Halfway Broken is not behind in playing at various prestigious venues and have opened for many acts such as Story of the Year, The Used, Breaking Benjamin,My Chemical Romance, Nonpoint, Thrice including many others. Apart from these Halfway Broken is very much liked by the college students also having been playing many times for them.

Halfway Broken has been formed by some very talented musicians who from beginning have been involved with music. Drummer Matt Venditto is one of them. He was born in Baltimore at the age of 13 he began playing guitar. Though initially he was not so good in playing but gradually improved and was also a part of the school band. In Boston he then went to Berklee College of Music. After spending a year at the school he came back to his hometown Baltimore and joined Halfway Broken. Matt Venditto has played an important role in taking Halfway Broken to the heights of success.

Guitarist Paul Fil born in Georgia but grew up in Maryland. His parents were both interested in music which played an important role in Paul developing interest in music as well. From his childhood Paul was exposed to many kinds of music. When at high school Paul Fil had started playing guitar and was a part of couple of bands. His meetings with Adrian in Towson let him to join Halfway Broken. He had already seen the potential of the band as he had seen them performing at Recher Theatre. Paul knew this the band for him.

The front man of Halfway Broken is the lead vocalist Mike Coomes. Mike has been a teacher to himself who taught himself to play guitar when he was just in 10th grade. But Mike not that good player of guitar but was a good singer. Mike Coomes has been singing for more than five years now making large number of people his fans through his melodious voice.

Bassist Martin Kramer is another talented member of the band. Music happened to him when he was 14. he always dreamt of being a rock star or a pro-baseball player. But as he was able with music he used to play guitar for many bands. It was in April of 2003 that he joined Halfway Borken and has remained with them since.
