It looks as if The Padres would take a long way for their rotation. Expected players who can make the team win are Peavy and Chris Young, but most important ones are Williams, Estes, and Park who would be proving the best amongst other player. It is estimated that if those three could win 40 games between them, San Diego has bright chances of winning the division for the second.
