Apparently the legendary mascot Masked Rider's horse would happen to fall under this new rule another impressive alternate mascot was created. The remarkable Jim Gaspard, who happened to be a member of the famous Saddle Tramps student spirit organization, went on to create the original striking design for the charismatic Raider Red costume. It was broadly based on a character created by the famous Lubbock cartoonist. Te Masked Rider's identity is generally of public knowledge. However on the contrary tradition has seen that the impressive Raider Red's student alter ego is always kept a top secret till of his tenure ends. It is believed that the student serving as Raider Red is basically a member of Saddle Tramps.
