Symptom of Society is a Heavy Rock Band from Illinois.
Featuring Peter Robillard on lead vocals & bass, Brett Lingle on guitar & vocals,
Dan Henson on drums & electronic percussion & Paul Mattox on keys & vocals.
The band has been together since January of 2002 and has concentrated on writing &
recording their original songs which are heavy yet melodic, with tight funk infused
rhythms, awe inspiring guitar work, powerful lead vocals & vocal harmonies. S.O.S. has
created songs that are very memorable and always interesting and their unique combination
of influences & technical abilities sets them apart from the mass of
"original" bands out there.
In November 2002 they independently released their 12 track Self Titled Debut C.D. is now
in its second re-mastered pressing with additional keyboards . They have also built up a
loyal following of S.O.S. fans & street team members, played shows from Central
Illinois to Chicagoland, and are currently recording the tracks for a new C.D. which
should be available In early 2004. They are also booking & planning for a promotional
tour & multi-media campaign to back up the new C.D. that will continue until they
bring their music to the world by any means necessary.
