Beauty and the Beast is a blend of brilliantly colored costumes and lights, stirring music, and an amazing cast of young performers who are ready to "cut loose" to make this show an incredible one. Despite the so called grim story, hugely famous Disney has articulately managed to make this a memorable show and for audiences an evening of soothing music, almost uninterrupted with dim light and sweetness. The horrible and bewitched Beast dwells in a very gloomy and dark castle with a shining magic mirror, and really awaiting the true love - the young and beautiful daughter of a poor and local inventor surprisingly knocks on the door, and the gripping story begins.

The famous plot is taken from the popular Disney story. An innocent prince has been changed into a horrible beast and has been told that before the last growing petal falls from a magical and enchanted rose he must find the supreme delight of true love.

Then, Belle comes with all her grandeur and grace, who lives in a very small town where once she is seen as beautiful maid by all but Gaston, an evil minded, handsome and egotistical man who really wants to marry her always tries his best to pursue his advances towards this beautiful maid. Her father, an incredible inventor, goes off into the deep woods with an amazing invention and gets lost, after some time he finds himself stumbling upon the Beast's castle. Then, comes the second phase of the story with candlestick and the clock to welcome him, but after some time awful beast finds him, and then finds himself locked up. When Belle discovers this fact, she rapidly rushes to his aid and then comes the most heartening moment of the play as she trades her freedom for her beloved father. The beast is shown harsh first but eventually he finds something magical in this beautiful maid and then the two develop something special.

Then follows the other turning point of this incredible show as when it looks as if the awful beast has really found true love, he wantonly lets Gaston and Belle go and then Gaston leads a raid on the dreadful castle of beast. In a last and final battle Gaston dies and then like any other fine fairytale story "Beauty and the Beast" live happily ever after. This tremendously popular show has already been acclaimed as a legend and created a history as the sixth longest-running show in Broadway history. In 1994 "Beauty and the Beast" was nominated for nine prestigious Tony Awards including Best Musical. This sizzling eye-popping spectacle has been amazingly wowing audiences worldwide, with packed record-breaking runs in London, New York, Sydney, Los Angeles, Toronto, Madrid, Tokyo, Kyoto and Sao Paulo. This superb show is based on the reputed Academy Award-winning animated movie. This incredible show combines Disney's famous musical extravaganza that is artistically filled with special effects, illusions and some special technical wizards.

The show is a blend of dazzling production numbers and soothing songs by well known Tim Rice, Alan Menken, and Howard Ashman. According to The Chicago Tribune, this is a superb tip-top production,; very lavishly produced, and inventively executed!" and according to Joel Siegel of Good Morning America "you'll have the time of your life!" There are some very soothing tracks in this incredible show like: the panoramic opening song, "Belle," and the classical and dramatic "Home." There are some other memorable tracks like "If I Can't Love Her," "Be Our Guest," all the songs are blended nicely with the costume and dance parade and the optimum flow of the play but its conviction, glitz, and that superb melody is something to remember.
