"Drumstruck" is a superb, unique and interactive musical show that centers on traditional South African drumming, beats, rhythms and sizzling songs with an equal blend of good music. This show is simply special as audiences get a chance to take part in this incredible show. Enthusiastic members from the audiences heartily participate in the special musical rhythms with some magical drumming sequences on traditional African djemebe drum.
The traditional drum is provided to each member of the audiences as they enter the electrifying theater. The well made drums are two foot tall and this special effort gave a superb chance to participate in this joyride together.
This breathtaking show is about much more than giving the audience a fine taste of the sizzling rhythms of Africa; these unusual beats are originated by the Bushmen and Zulu; but this show is about the rich unifying language of the huge drum, its many superb designs, sizes, sounds and its awesome ability to communicate and ultimately reach beyond the cultural, creeds and casts borders.

This show is the unique creation of Warren Lieberman, who's famous Drum Cafe, has been performing extensively at many corporate functions in South Africa. Show's director David Warren has added a bit of extra razzle dazzle that remains incredibly true to the heritage and culture it honors while superbly making its joyous and mammoth traditions accessible to theatergoers. Although English is amazingly and humorously neatly threaded throughout their presentation but it's the body language that gives the specified meaning to the various African languages heard in soothing songs and story. The dance combines traditional Zulu dance of the famous Gauteng Gold Mines with solo slap dance.
The amazing cast of the show includes: Sebone Dzwanyudzwanyu Rangata, Nicholas Africa Djanie, Enock Bafana Mahlangu, Ayanda, Richard Carter, Tiny, Nomvula Gerashe, LeeAnet Noble, Themba Kubheka, Rodrick Covington, Ronald Thabo Medupe, Molebeledi Sponch Mogapi, and Molutsi Mogami. The huge and grand set is designed by Neil Patel and lighting is contributed by Jeff Croiter. The group enjoyed immense popularity and an ardent fan base across the globe.
